I am signing up for an entity or institution.Includes banks, funds, trading firms, broker-dealers, RIAs, corporations, LLCs, partnerships, and similar organizations.

Personal investment use only.I will use the data only for my own and immediate family's investment activity, not for business or professional activity.

I will share, redistribute, display, or furnish the data to another person or entity.This generally prevents nonprofessional treatment.

I am registered, qualified, affiliated, or associated with a securities/commodities business.Broker-dealer, investment adviser, FCM, CTA, exchange member, associated person, owner, partner, or similar role.

I work for a bank, insurance company, or affiliate in an investment/trading-related function.OPRA's nonprofessional criteria specifically exclude this category.

I will use the data for work, trading business, client service, research product, or institutional decision-making.Professional/business use should be routed through professional authorization.

I do not have a direct OPRA Professional Subscriber Agreement.If classified professional, this does not change eligibility for this self-service product.

Important: a user paying a brokerage platform for options data is not enough to bypass OPRA/vendor authorization requirements for this service.

Why professionals are blocked for now: professional OPRA access can require different subscriber agreements, device/User ID or usage reporting, fee liability, direct OPRA verification, and vendor approval obligations. Our current signup flow is intended for nonprofessional subscribers only.
